Disaster after disaster but it hasn't all been bad
We hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas and however you are spending the next few days, we do hope you manage to squeeze in some rest. We’re still running on about 50 percent as this flu has well and truly knocked us down. So we unfortunately cancelled hosting, headed to the beach for an hour (lost Art’s new toy, which we won’t talk about) and went home to spend the day watching old movies and drinking juices. Not our usual time by a long shot, but it hasn’t been all bad, and for once I’ve been house bound and truly forced to rest. This is something which does not come naturally to me at all. It has meant I’ve been laid in bed plotting the next house moves, mentally redecorating a couple of rooms that really do need a refresh. The days are now getting longer and every so slightly lighter, and we are heading in to my favourite half of the year.
